WAGR D class (1884) : ウィキペディア英語版
WAGR D class (1884)

The first WAGR D class (1884) was a single member class of tank locomotive used by the Western Australian Government Railways (WAGR) from 1884 to 1903. Its wheel arrangement was 0-4-0ST.
The D class locomotive was built in 1884 by Hunslet Engine Company of Leeds, England. It entered service the same year, as a jetty shunter on the long jetty at Fremantle. The following year, it was officially numbered D 6.
Upon the opening of Fremantle's inner harbour in 1897, the long jetty ceased to be used, and the locomotive became surplus to requirements. It was sold in 1903 for use on the Leonora tramway. Following the electrification of that tramway in 1908, it was sold to Bunning Bros, which used it to haul timber until the 1950s, when it was withdrawn from service and scrapped.
